Color Roadmap

The application of this Color Roadmap is to act as input to drive the Opensea collection FonTsea and was created on date January 1st 2023.

The digital artworks (related to FonTsea collection) were produced by algorithms that take as inputs the MINTING DATE property and a color in RGB format (RGB property).

In order to disclose how MINTING DATE and RGB are linked the following Color Roadmap was created:

January 1st 2023 to January 16th 2023 : Random values

January 17th 2023 to February 16th 2023 : greyscale path (0,0,0) to (255,255,255)

February 17th 2023 to March 16th 2023 : red path (12,0,0) to (255,0,0)

March 17th 2023 to April 17th 2023 : green path (0,8,0) to (0,255,0)

April 17th 2023 to May 16th 2023 : blue path (0,0,16) to (0,0,255)

May 17th 2023 to June 16th 2023 : cyan path (0,255,255) to (0,15,15)

June 17th 2023 to July 16th 2023 : magenta path (255,0,255) to (23,0,23)

July 17th 2023 to August 16th 2023 : golden path (255,255,0) to (15,15,0)

August 17th 2023 onwards: Random Values

NOTA BENE In the FonTsea collection the relationship between properties MINTING DATE and RGB is provided by the elements of the Calendar in FONTSLAND Chapter.

For example if you want to know which R, G, B values were used for date February 16th 2023:

  1. Go to FonTsea Collection
  2. Filter the property AMERICAN DATE selecting as a value February 16th 2023
  3. Click on the item (Title XVI|II|MMXXIII)
  4. Read R, G, B values among the property. This is the only day having white (255,255,255) as input color.
